La Cúpula,

luxurious cuisine in Costa Adeje

La Cúpula is a signature restaurant which will delight all fine-cuisine lovers. We offer an exquisite culinary offer accompanied by a select wines list. The restaurant is located in the five-star hotel ADRIAN Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria. Entrance is through the Hotel’s main reception and is open to all.

Opening times: Tuesday to Saturday, from 7.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. (Closed Sunday and Monday).

From the 1st of November to the 8th of April, from 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm, it is possible to book until 09:00pm to enjoy the tasting menu and until 09:30 pm to have dinner à la carte.

From the 9th of April to the 31st of October, from 07:30 pm to 11:00 pm, it is possible to book until 9:30 pm to enjoy the tasting menu and until 10:00 pm to have dinner à la carte.

The restaurant will be closed on 31 December.

Dress code

dinner is a special occasion, for which we request adequate clothing for the meal.

Gentlemen (from 12 years old): long trousers, shirt with sleeves and closed footwear.

Ladies: smart clothing.


Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, a charge of €50 per person will be applied to your credit card
