Minimum age allowed in the restaurant: 12 years old.
DRESS CODE
Dinner is a special occasion. We ask that you dress appropriately.
- Gentlemen (≥12 years old): long pants, shirt with sleeves, and closed-toe shoes.
- Ladies: elegant attire.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of no-show or late cancellation: €50 per person.
For groups or special requirements, please contact us as far in advance as possible, and no later than the same day of your reservation before 2:00 PM.

THE TEAM
Chef Rubén Cabrera
The Cúpula has been under the direction of chef Rubén Cabrera since 2007. Its cuisine stands out for creativity, technique, and the combination of local and international products, offering an elegant and surprising gastronomic proposal for each diner.
Rubén began his career at ADRIAN Hoteles in 1998, growing professionally to become one of the prominent figures in Canarian gastronomy.
