La Cúpula has been under the direction of chef Rubén Cabrera since 2007. His cuisine is characterised by creativity, technical skill and a blend of local and international produce, offering an elegant and surprising dining experience for every guest.

Rubén began his career at ADRIAN Hotels in 1998, progressing professionally to become one of the leading figures in Canarian gastronomy.
